He used the enclosed stickers as a jig, on his drillpress, meaning that just about anyone can make an AR receiver with a minimum of tools. The jig made the milling very easy on the 80% polymer lower I purchased from EP Armory. They sell replacement plates for the jig if you over cut when milling your lower. I'm satisfied with the purchased. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive way to build an AR lower.

Jan 01, 2017· I'm pretty darn sure it won't work because the Poly80 has some reinforcements that will interfere with the jig. The 80% Arms jig is designed to work with standard forged and billet lowers, which it does very well with. I can tell you for a fact that the 80% Arms jig will work with an EP Armory poly lower (I've done one)
